DELIVERY INFORMATION

We charge one delivery charge per order – most items incur a delivery charge of £4.99 or £9.99 for larger framed items.

Although most orders may arrive sooner, we typically aim to deliver within 7-10 working days. 

All items are professionally packaged to ensure that they are well protected during transit. Every order is fully insured and shipped via a reputable courier service, with tracking information provided at the time of despatch.

RETURNS INFORMATION

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Any item can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund to your original payment method. Please contact customer service at 0333 880 1380 or info@collectablesguru.com to arrange your return.

Given the rarity and value of our collectables, all items must be returned unused, with their original packaging and contents, in the same physical condition as they were supplied, along with valid proof of purchase.

All returned items will be carefully inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that they are not in their original state, or that reasonable care has not been taken with them, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund.

it will be your responsibility to pay the return postage costs unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Many of our collectables are rare and very fragile so we use every means to minimise damage during transit, but occasionally accidents do happen. If you receive a damaged item, please contact customer service at 0333 880 1380 or info@collectablesguru.com as soon as possible.. We will ask for photographic confirmation of the damage(s) and will then arrange to either have a replacement sent to you immediately (if available), or provide a full refund for the applicable item.
